Fields

AsWritten = 0: The member's name as written, as Apache Avro's Java reflection and Apache.Avro's [AvroField] matching use it.
CamelCase = 1: camelCase, as System.Text.Json's JsonNamingPolicy.CamelCase converts names (OrderId is orderId, URLValue is urlValue): the convention of schemas written for Java and most other languages, and the inverse of the .avsc generator's default PascalCase property names.
