SchemaName(string, string?)

Initializes a new name. If name contains a dot it is treated as a full name and namespace is ignored, as the specification requires.

public SchemaName(string name, string? @namespace = null)

Parameters

name string

A simple name, or a full name containing dots.

namespace string

The namespace, used only when name has no dot.

Exceptions

AvroSchemaException

The name or namespace is not valid.
