ReadLongs(scoped Span<long>)

Reads destination.Length long values, such as the items of an array block.

public void ReadLongs(scoped Span<long> destination)

Parameters

destination Span<long>

Receives the values.

Remarks

On net8+ with hardware-accelerated vectors, a 16-byte vector check finds runs of one-byte values (small numbers, counts, ordinals), which are decoded without varint logic; other values use the scalar path.
