SubjectNameStrategy

Gets or sets how the subject is named (avro.serializer.subject.name.strategy). The default is Confluent.SchemaRegistry.SubjectNameStrategy.Associated, as in Confluent's serde: the topic's association in the registry, or Confluent.SchemaRegistry.SubjectNameStrategy.Topic when it has none.
